Cardiovascular relates to the health of the heart and blood vessels. Moving your body just 30 minutes a day is enough for a good heart health. Exercise is an important way to lower your risk of heart disease. Working out for at least 30 minutes can improve your cholesterol, and even lower your blood pressure. Its good to exercise every twice a week because you will have good health.
Stair Climbing is a great cardiovascular exercise that burns fat and increases the heart rate. A classic cardio move is jumping jacks , they help strengthen multiple muscle groups while providing an aerobic workout that burns calories. Mountain climbers also strengthen multiple muscle groups in addition to the cardiovascular system. Jumping jacks helps your heart to be in a better shape because when you are jumping your heart rate increases. Doing a least amount of jumping jacks is not gonna benefit you in any way.
Maintaining a healthy life requires 30 minutes or more of exercise. In physical education we do amount of 30 jumping jacks a day to maintain a healthy heart. This vacation I'm going to run or jog 40 minutes during the morning. In the afternoon I'm going to do a set of 40 jumping jacks to maintain my heart rate in a good balance. In the night I'm going to finish of my day with 15 mountain climbers.
